Darimar Martial Arts offers eleven (11) fun-filled weeks of Summer Day Camp! We know how important it is to have your children participate in a fun, safe, and educational camp. Darimar Martial Arts offers all this and more in our Martial Arts Summer Camp for children ages 4 ½ to 13. The goal of our program is to give campers a fun and safe atmosphere, while teaching respect, self-defense, confidence, discipline, focus, Korean language, and Korean culture.  Our camp fosters creativity, teamwork, and leadership skills, while allowing students to find success in the rewarding and unique discipline of Tae Kwon Do. The experience also includes traditional day camp activities such as arts & crafts, water balloon fun, archery, and weekly field trips. Whether the camper is signed up for one week or eleven, each week is geared toward a special lesson theme such as, “Be a leader, not a boss.” Darimar’s energetic camp staff and martial arts masters are highly qualified and well trained. In addition, the summer camp program strives to maintain a low child to counselor ratio to provide the best experience for each camper.
New to Taekwondo? Don’t worry! Every year, new summer campers with no martial arts background start as white belts, learn, then reinforce various techniques each day at camp. By the time camp is over, beginners will feel very comfortable with being in the Dojang.
