New and exciting class is now offered for adults, only. Taught by Grandmaster Jang, the training differs from the regular classes as greater emphasis is placed on improving energy flow, breathing, weight loss, flexibility and  recovery. Traditional martial arts techniques are also taught at a different pace than regular classes. This is a martial training program designed for maximum benefit but without some of the jumping and fighting you see in traditionally paced classes. Our goal is to promote improved physical training habits, increased energy and overall health.
